Our ’move out’ service
To reduce hassle and increase peace of mind when
your tenant vacates your property:

* Use of our Deposit Protection account where by your tenants deposit will be secure until they vacate your property and deposit apportioned or returned as appropriate. Any disputes that we can not happily resolve will be looked after by TDSL.
